The Free Preview

• A preview costs nothing and puts you under no obligation to buy anything.
• We may decline a request, for example when we cannot reach you or the business falls outside what we build.
• A preview is a design concept. The design stays ours until you buy the finished site under a separate written agreement, so please do not copy or publish it before then.
• We will not publish a preview of your business anywhere without your permission.

Paid Work

Any paid work, including its price, scope, and schedule, is agreed in writing before it begins. Nothing on this site is an offer to do paid work on particular terms.

What You Send Us

If you send logos, photos, or text for your preview, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to build your preview.

How We Contact You

When you ask for a preview, you agree that we may call you and email you about that request. We only send text messages if you agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.

Using the Site

Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and no submitting details that are not yours.

No Guarantees

The site and previews are provided as they are. We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or a preview.

These terms are governed by the laws of California. If we change them, we will update the date at the top of this page.
