Bayside Smog ranks #2 on Google and is the first smog shop AI search names in Concord. Since we set up and tuned their search and ads, they have had three record months in a row.

Smog check stationConcord, CABayside is a STAR certified, family owned smog shop in Concord that came to us with an outdated site. We rebuilt it, moved it onto baysidesmog.com, and took over their search and ads. Since then they rank #2 on Google and have set three record months in a row.

Mobile auto detailingHighland, CABubble Racers details cars wherever they are parked around Highland, and all they had online was a booking link. We built them a website from scratch and set it up to run the front desk: a customer prices a detail for their own car, picks an open time, and pays a deposit to hold it. The job lands on the owner's calendar, and the reminder texts go out on their own.
What We Did
- Designed and built the whole site from scratch, then registered bubbleracers.com and moved it there
- An estimate builder that prices every package for your exact vehicle, straight from the owner's own rates
- A booking system that only offers times with room for the whole job, up to two months out
- Stripe checkout that takes a 10% deposit to lock in the time and emails the customer a receipt
- Connected to their Go High Level account, so every paid booking goes straight onto the calendar the owner already works from
- Go High Level automations for booking confirmations, text reminders, follow ups, and ad campaigns
- Before and after sliders cut from their own job photos, and travel fees worked out by distance from Highland

Turnover cleaningElk Grove, CAFreshTurn turns over vacant apartments for property managers in Elk Grove, and they had no website. We built one that publishes their real prices and sends turn requests to the owner's inbox.
What We Did
- A quote tool built on the owner's own rates for every unit size, from studio to four bedroom
- A Request a Turn form with a start time picker that lands in the owner's inbox
- A page for every service, a property manager page, and a seventeen question FAQ
- A two page rate sheet managers can download and keep

Hair salonLincoln, CAEddy's took over a salon on Joiner Parkway and gave it a new name. We rebuilt everything a customer sees before they walk in: the website, the map listings, and a portfolio for each of the four stylists.
What We Did
- Built their Google Business Profile from scratch and verified it under the new name
- Carried the listing through a business name change and an ownership transfer, then got them onto Google Maps and Apple Maps so directions work from any phone
- A portfolio for every stylist, with a gallery customers can filter to one stylist before they book
- HairSalon structured data covering all nineteen services and their starting prices
- Answer engine optimization, so AI assistants get their hours, prices, and services right
- Google Analytics installed and monitored, so the owner sees what customers search before they call
- The full site in English and Spanish

PizzeriaSouth Sacramento, CAA neighborhood pizzeria known for giant pizzas and family nights. We built a site that puts the menu, the deals, and every way to order one tap away.
What We Did
- Full menu with real pricing across six pizza sizes, wings, sandwiches, and more
- Specials and coupons section with every current deal
- One tap ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, or a phone call
- Scrolling review wall with real customer reviews over a live kitchen video

Study softwareOnlineA study app we built for students who already have the material and no good way to practice against it. Crosscheck reads their own notes, slides and syllabus, then writes the flashcards, quizzes and word problems out of them, with every item traceable back to the sentence it came from.
What We Did
- Built the whole product, from the study engine underneath it to the site it ships on
- Flashcards scheduled on FSRS 4.5, so the cards a student keeps missing come back sooner and the ones they know get out of the way
- Every card, question and highlight points back to the sentence it came from, one tap from the page that says it
- A quality gate that reads every generated item and throws out the broken ones before a student ever sees them
- Multiple choice, fill in the blank, short answer, matching and word problems, all written from the student's own material
- A tutor that answers only from the uploaded pages and names the document each claim came from
- Documents are read in the browser and never uploaded, so the account holds an email address and nothing else

AI agentPrivate clientA WhatsApp assistant we built for a property sales agent who runs his whole business from his phone. After every call he texts it like a coworker, and it keeps the record on every lead: who they are, what they want, what was said and when to call back.
What We Did
- Saves a lead from one casual text or a shared contact card, and only asks when the name or number is missing
- Merges a repeat number into the existing lead, so nobody gets entered twice
- Finds every lead who wants a certain area, unit type or budget the moment a new listing comes in
- Keeps a dated note log and a status on every lead
- Turns plain language like "call him next month" into a reminder on the right day
- Sends any list as a table in chat or as an Excel file
- Answers only its owner and never messages a client, on WhatsApp's official business platform with no data kept by the AI

Ad campaigns we plan, film and build for local businesses: the offer, the videos, the page every ad sends people to, and the tracking that shows which ads bring in bookings.
Golden Vision at The District
BarbershopTustin, CAGolden Vision is a busy barbershop at The District in Tustin that had never run a Meta ad. We built their campaign from the ground up around one offer, a $45 first haircut with any barber: the video ads, the targeting, the tracking, and a booking page made for the phone the ad is watched on.
What We Did
- Wrote the video ad scripts and filmed the ads inside the shop
- Set the shop up with its own Meta business account, ad account and pixel, so the owner keeps the data
- Targeting held to four miles around the shop, on Instagram and Facebook Reels, Stories and Feed
- Audiences built from people who engaged with the shop's Instagram and people who visited the page, ready for retargeting
- Every tap on a Book button is counted as a lead, so each ad is judged on bookings started rather than views
- A booking page on the shop's own domain with every barber on one screen and a live status from their Booksy hours
- Tap a barber to see their latest cuts and book with them, or take the next open chair
- Barbers control their own photo: when one changes their Booksy cover, the page updates by itself
