Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete the personal details we hold about you at any time. This applies whether you visited our website, filled in one of our forms, messaged us on Facebook or Instagram, or use a WhatsApp assistant we run for your business.
How to Ask
- Email Isaacj.business2025@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the phone number or email address you used with us
- Or call (916) 767-3495 and give us the phone number or email address you used with us
- If you own a business that uses one of our WhatsApp assistants, send it "delete everything" and reply YES when it asks to confirm. Every lead, note, and reminder it holds is deleted at once
You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need a Facebook account to make a request.
What Happens Next
We confirm the request comes from you by matching the contact details we already hold. We never ask for a password or payment details.
We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to let you know it is done.
What We Delete
- Your name, contact details, and anything you sent through our forms
- Our records of conversations with you by email, text, phone, Facebook, or Instagram
- Booking details you entered in Calendly
- For WhatsApp assistant clients: the leads, notes, and reminders stored for your assistant
We also stop sending your details to Meta for advertising.
What We May Keep
If you were a paying client, we keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires. We also keep a short note that you asked for deletion, so we do not contact you again. Messages you sent us also stay in your own Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp app until you delete them there.
